There is a wardrobe, bedside cabinets, two easy chairs, ensuite with shower, toilet, wash handbasin.
The Wells and Holkham room are joined and have doors that can be opened to provide family accommodation.
The Wells room also has tea and coffee facilities,Free WiFi, flat screen Tv, hairdryer,iron and ironing board.
This room is Dog Freindly . A cot can be requested for this room.
All our rooms are non smoking, Breakfast is included in all room bookings.
We offer a 10% Discount on food & drink for the second night onwards when staying 2 nights or more.
